Ownership Structure Documentation Guidelines

We understand that some companies operate under complex ownership structures. To streamline the documentation process, you may submit an organisational chart (Org Chart) instead of providing separate documents for each entity within the ownership chain.

Org Chart Requirements

The org chart must clearly contain:

  • The full legal name of the entity

  • The country of incorporation and percentage ownership for each entity

  • A complete depiction of all ownership layers, clearly illustrating the ownership path up to every individual or entity holding more than 10% ownership in the company

  • Be dated within the past six months

  • Be presented on official company letterhead or bear the company stamp

Certification Requirements

The org chart must be signed and dated and include the name and designation of the signatory. It must be certified by at least one of the following:

  • An authorised signatory of the company

  • A member of the legal team

  • A member of the compliance team

Incomplete, outdated, or uncertified organisational charts may result in delays to the onboarding process.

For your convenience, you can use the following template.
